You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, email us at support@foamly.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the funds to appear.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
