Thank you for shopping with Foamly. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order is processed and delivered.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking details once it ships.
Shipping Times
- Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days
- Express Shipping (where available): 5–8 business days
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs, carrier issues, or high-demand periods.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the option you select. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can follow your delivery on our Track Order page.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
